Ballerina Girl

It's been a while since we've posted, but seems like it's been a while since we've had the camera out.....I think are hands were too cold to fumble around with a camera....Anyway, Grace started a "real" ballet class tonight and she had a lot of fun...she looked sooooo much older to us....she seemed to pick up on the movements pretty well and she told us she was excited to go back next week.

Short Stop

After Ashley had gotten Alison dressed this morning, Ali came up to me in the computer room and said, " 'mile? cheese?" and started looking around for our camera which is hooked up to our computer a lot as I upload photos for the blog. She wanted her picture taken.....so, we snapped a couple of photos.

Alison's 2 year photos

We took Alison to Portrait Innovations this morning for some 2-year photos.....here are the top 6, but we only bought 4 of them (the first, third, fourth, and sixth ones).....these are the "raw" photos, so they zoomed in and did stuff to the borders of the pictures to make them look better.

Ashley liked this one because of the good smile and the #2.....
They called this a princess pose, but I think this is a HS senior picture.....her hair got a little flat so we changed hairstyle mid-shoot.....

we got this one zoomed in and in black and white...

I call this one her "Yes We Can" pose.....golly gee!

The flowers matched her sweater but after a few minutes, she didn't want them on her lap.

We had gotten an over-head shot of Grace at this same age, so we got one of Ali too.

Christmas in MI

We were able to spend a couple days in Michigan to celebrate Christmas with Papa and Nana, and here are a few photos....
